Craig A. Kraffert, MD

Board Certified Dermatologist

Trained as a biochemist and cell biologist, Dr. Craig Kraffert began his career in biomedical research at Scripps Institute in La Jolla, CA. Shortly thereafter, he studied medicine at UCLA and chose to intern in Surgery at UCLA Medical Center where he was on call all night, every other night. Dr. Kraffert’s dermatology residency at the University of Miami in Florida allowed him to benefit from what is consistently considered one of the world’s most prestigious and desirable dermatology training programs.

Lindsay Miller, PA-C

Aesthetics Director

Lindsay Miller is an honors graduate of California State University, Chico where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences. She earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Western University of Health Sciences in 2002. Lindsay began her career working in emergency medicine and family practice but has spent the past five years dedicated to the practice of dermatology.

Brian Reber, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Brian is a graduate of the Physician Assistant Program of Stanford University. In 2012 he begins his 7th year with ReddingDerm where he specializes in medical and surgical dermatology services under the supervision and mentorship of Dr. Kraffert. Brian brings to Redding Derm diverse experience in the field of medicine. He graduated from Albright College in Reading, PA with a bachelor’s degree in biology and moved to California in 1979 where he trained to be a paramedic. He worked for the City of San Francisco Emergency Medical Services, Paramedic Division, for 14 years where, in 1991 he was the recipient of the Paramedic of the Year award. Transitioning from the arena of emergency prehospital care to family practice medicine in 1995, after graduating from Stanford’s PA program, Brian worked in a community health center dedicated to serving the primary healthcare needs of the underserved community and migrant farm workers in the San Joaquin valley.

Jock Perkins, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Jock Perkins earned his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Idaho State University after receiving his Bachelor Science degree in Biology with an emphasis in Genetics from the College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho. Prior to joining Redding Derm in February 2016, he cared for patients as a dermatology physician assistant in California’s Central Valley.

Anne Carlisle, NP

Nurse Practicioner

Anne graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1976. She attended the UC Davis Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program and obtained her NP in 1996. Upon graduation, she began working in family practice and within six months began full time in dermatology, which she feels is the "pearl" of medicine, allowing her to educate and treat a variety of skin issues.
